Join me for Cacao, Breathwork & Sound, an immersive healing experience designed to help you break through what’s been holding you back. The evening begins a heart-opening meditation with ceremonial-grade cacao sourced from Peru. From there, Kayla will lead you through a powerful breathwork session to release stagnant energy and invite deep healing. Please note that this style of breathwork is intense and similar to holotropic breathwork. To close, you’ll be immersed in the soothing vibrations of a sound bath, featuring both traditional Peruvian instruments and crystal sound bowls.

What to bring: Please bring a yoga mat, a blanket, and something to rest your head on, such as a small pillow or extra blanket. Dress comfortably and bring water. Join us for an evening of deep healing, connection, and renewal.
